Here We Go Again

Well, I almost gave up on blogging, but my sweet little (but older-much older) sister begged me to continue. So here goes... again.

Lately, I've been struggling to find any form of motivation to get my rear (and recently it's become a very large rear) out the door to exercise. Even in this amazing Arizona weather, I still find it difficult to want to build a sweat. I've even bought new workout clothes, bought a one piece bathing suit and goggles to start swimming, new shoes and sadly a gym pass that's only been used a handful of times. And still, none of these attempts made me budge.

In hopes of finding motivating articles, I was searching the Runner's World website and found this weight-loss challenge blog (http://rodale.typepad.com/weightlosschallengelaura/) and it already has me wanting to break-in my nearly new tank top and yoga capri's. Laura's blog is refreshing and so motivating - finally!!! So here goes.. tomorrow will be the first of many exercise blogs. Wish me luck!!

Bathroom Surprise

Since Courtney has been putting funny stories about me up on our blog, I decided that I need to put something funny about her. Her hair is EVERYWHERE. I put on a shirt today to find a big hair ball of hers hanging out of my sleeve. Later in the day, I was dropping a deuce and after wiping my rump I was greeted with a skid mark and a hairball from Courtney. I can't escape her hair. If I die of choking, and she tells you it was a piece of meat, don't believe her...

Wrong Side of the Bed

For a few weeks now, I've woken up feeling like I've been at the bottom of this dog pile all night long. I thought it was just our new mattress that I still needed to adjust to. No, no, no, I was wrong.

I woke up one day lying on my back with Christian's back and legs on the entire right side of my body. I've never seen anything like it before. I really don't know how he managed to roll like that, but somehow he did.

Since waking to me laughing, Chris has managed to stay on his side of the bed and I've woken up pain free.
